Effective July 13, 2026 · GarageMatchInclude the vehicle year, make, model, selected repair, and a description of what happened. Do not email a full VIN, account password, payment information, or other sensitive information.
Privacy requests
Signed-in users can delete all saved cars and the current browser's saved repair plan with the "Delete all saved data" control in Personal Garage. For access, correction, other deletion requests, or help using that control, write from the email associated with your GarageMatch sign-in and use the subject line "GarageMatch privacy request." Additional verification may be required before account information is disclosed or changed.
Product and affiliate questions
GarageMatch can investigate an incorrect link or compatibility result, but eBay and the individual seller control orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and listing details. Contact eBay or the seller for transaction support.
Not for emergencies
